There "she discovers that managing an emergency room is a bit harder than she expected." Nothing like gender stereotyping with a female nurse who thinks life is hard. What's next, Sarah's Lunch Rush Hour where she runs coffee and waffles?

Aw man, there are so many of those old PC strategy games that I should go back and play...anyone remember Dungeon Keeper? SimTower was another one. I couldn't stop playing that game. Screw creating a race of walking phalluses in Spore, I wanna build a tower utopia.
