I do have to say... I'm kinda hopeful I can collect comments from all three in one comment thread.

Here's an idea. Maybe some people have MP3 players NOT locked down with DRMs. Like my Philips Jukebox. Bought it for $50, dramatically below any other systems cost of admission. 8GB, built in FM tuner, and the undeniably huge advantage of drag and drop music tranfering. No syncing, no updating, no middlewar programs, none of that bullshit. Music folder, drop in music, and it works.
But hey, you guys like your status of the more expensive players. I'm sure they'll get you chicks one day. I'm happy with my philips at a fraction of the cost, better battery life, and the disgusted looks I get when I pass by the apple store.
My Philips Jukebox reads like a portable drive on Mac and PC. So no matter your pleasure, the drag and drop functionality works.
Except you have to remember the commands to actually copy files instead of just creating shortcuts.... gah, was I soooooooo glad to be done with macs after college. Of course college lab macs are not indicative of macs as a whole, but the constant locking, chewing of my zip disc, and other issues drove me from that cross section long ago. In fact, everytime I see a mac, I remember how much time I lost in their labs trying to finalize projects before deadlines just to watch them lock.
Also, so do any of you have any funny bio's on your gamertags?

What's with the all the praise heaped onto Desktop Tower Defense? I have to side with Ludwig on this one - I was bored out of my skull.

I think the best thing about the Joystiq podcast is that while the formula may be the same as many - a couple of dudes sitting around BS-ing about video games and other sundries - it manages to be humorous and entertaining every time without coming off as douchey at all. That's more than the Steam podcast can say, to be sure.
Those guys are Douche Bag Royales.
So thanks again, for another hour of good listening!

Zune sticks at 00:00, then locks and needs a reset to start back up. Only occurs with THIS podcast, and it's happened to myself, and a friend of mine on seperate zunes both updated fully to the latest firmware. Plus the guy who commented earlier had the same issue.
Just a FYI. Thanks for the great podcast!

After an all-night game bender with very little blinking or consumption of any food/drink I actually wake up with a headache (prob dehydration) as well as having the sunshine be painfully bright and getting a little winded during everyday tasks... "gaming hangover" my wife calls it.
